Alvimedica is the first and the only manufacturing company in Turkey in the field of interventional cardiology with catheters and stents it has developed itself. The company designs, develops and manufactures mainly cardiologic angioplasty balloon catheters and SDS (Stent Delivery Systems).

Certified Quality Assurance Processes
All Alvimedica’s products possess CE certificates. In addition, the quality continuity of the production facilities and the conditions of production are inspected every year by Intertek Amtac, which has UK’s approval. As a consequence of such inspections, regular amelioration and quality continuity of the system are attained.

Product Range that Fits the Purpose
The product line of Alvimedica consists of a whole range of single-use invasive cardiology devices. They are all suitable for different, special and specific cases. There are many clinical studies, which have been published in a variety of prestigious scientific journals, proving the efficacy and safety of the products.

High Production Volume
Alvimedica moved its production facilities to Istanbul Trakya Free Zone in February 2009 where it continues operating with an increased production volume in a 5.500 m2 area.

With its newly established Class 100.000 clean-room, one of the biggest clean-rooms in Europe, the company has quadrupled its previous production volume.

Alvimedica runs its production operations end to end, from raw materials to the finished product, in its new production facility.
