Bio-Connect was founded on November 15, 2004. As of December 15, 2004 BioConnect has taken over the sales activities that previously were adequately performed by Campro Scientific BV in Veenendaal, The Netherlands for more than 20 years. The Life Sciences reagents branch of Campro Scientific, successfully built by Mr. Paul Wingens and his team, are continued under the name of Bio-Connect in good communication with all parties involved. All essential components have been transferred to the new company, e.g. existing distribution agreements, personnel involved, stock position, customer database and as such the potency and knowledge to make it grow into a prosperous undertaking. As a result Bio-Connect has an extensive line of biomedical products to fullfill our customers’ needs and employs a team of highly skilled and experienced personnel to actively assist the life sciences researcher.
Mission Statement
We want to express this active role in our mission: “Supporting Life Sciences”.

In other words: “Bio-Connect wants to be the first thought that comes to the mind of the life sciences researcher in need of a valuable partner to support his research; a knowledge organization that can offer the researcher technologically highvalue, userfriendly and innovative products and also support him with advanced theoretical knowledge and practical expertise of life sciences research“.
Market
Our customers are situated primarily in the life sciences research departments and medical research departments within universities, (academic) hospitals, pharmaceutical and biotech industry, as well as semi-government research institutes in the Benelux countries. Bio-Connect wants to aid the researcher, first, by composing a high quality product portfolio, with innovative products that satisfy the customers’ demands. And second, by shaping an organization that focuses entirely on the customers and their individual needs. Bio-Connect will evolve into a knowledge organization that can support the customer with theoretical and practical information on life sciences research and build a position as a valued partner in research and discussion.

Many of our suppliers maintain a constant flow of new and innovative products that we offer to the research community.

Access to a vast network of life science reagents suppliers throughout the world, besides our regular suppliers. It is our aim to accomodate in all our customers’ needs.
