Valeant also entered into a join venture agreement with Meda AB to strengthen its presence in Canada, Mexico and Australia. In October 2008, we acquired Coria Laboratories, Ltd., and expanded our dermatology product portfolio with 17 prescription and OTC products. In November 2008, we acquired DermaTech, a dermatology company based in Australia with key products in retail and prescription brands. In December 2008, Valeant acquired Dow Pharmaceutical Sciences, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company that adds six compounds to our development pipeline and a recently FDA-approved product for acne, Acanya?, which we expect to launch in the first quarter of 2009.
